By using Creative Automate services you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Send messages only to people who have agreed to hear from you, and follow WhatsApp, Meta, TRAI/DLT and all applicable laws.
• No spam, fraud, misleading, illegal or abusive content. We may stop campaigns or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits & refunds

Services are prepaid through credits. Credits for messages reported as undelivered are refunded to your account as described in the panel. Credits are not exchangeable for cash unless agreed in writing.

Service availability

We work to keep services running but delivery also depends on third parties (Meta, carriers, networks). We are not liable for delays or failures outside our control.

Your data

You own the contact lists, messages and documents you upload. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page.
