Creative Automate ("we", "us") provides messaging (WhatsApp, SMS, Voice) and business automation services, including ReconAI. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details you give us: name, business name, phone number, email and login details.
• Campaign data you upload: contact lists, message content and media, used only to deliver your campaigns.
• Documents you upload to ReconAI (slips, bills, bilty), used only to produce your reports.
• Technical data: IP address, login times and actions in the panel, kept for security and audit.
• WhatsApp Business API data: when you connect a WhatsApp Business account, we receive message status updates and replies from Meta to show reports and handle opt-outs.

How we use it

To provide and support the services you signed up for, to send delivery reports, to prevent misuse and to meet legal requirements. We do not sell your data or your contacts' data, and we do not use your contact lists for our own marketing.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the service — for example Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API), SMS / voice carriers and our cloud hosting (Google Cloud, Cloudflare) — and when required by law.

Security & retention

Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised staff. Accounts use password protection and login limits. We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal or billing purposes, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time — see our Data Deletion page. Anyone who receives a message from our platform can reply STOP to opt out.
